All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. All orders placed before 10:30am NZST will be shipped same day**

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Awesome! The Best flip flops!!!

OK here is how good they are... I own over 10 pairs (because I needed every color!) And now I'm buying them for my daughter! I used to wear designer flip flops and I've completely switched over to Archies! AND... since I've been buying them not one pair I have is donation ready so they are great quality and have lots of durability! LOL
