Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms apply to all competitions, discounts, referral programs, giveaways, and other promotional offers (collectively, “Promotions”) made available by Archies Footwear Pty Ltd (“Archies Footwear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in, accessing, or redeeming any Promotion listed below, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, our Terms of Use & Sale, and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Additional terms may apply to specific Promotions and, in the event of any inconsistency, those additional terms will control to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.

International Pilates Day: Archies Footwear x MoveActive Instagram Competition

Win: 5 winners will be selected (one per day). Each winner and their tagged friend will each receive one pair of Archies Slides, one pair of Archies Flipflops and 3 pairs of Move active Grip socks. 

How to enter:

  • Tell us one thing you love about your pilates routine, enter again each day for another chance to win.

  • We will select one winner per day across 5 days, with each winner receiving a bundle for themselves and a friend. 

  • Open to AU, US, UK, CA & NZ, aged 18+. Closes 11:59 PM AEST 02/05/2026. Winners are selected based on creative response and notified via DM from @archiesfootwear only. 

  • Prize includes: One pair of Archies jandals, slides & 3x pairs of  Move active Grip socks per person.)

1. Sponsor/Promoter
The Sponsor/Promoter is Archies Footwear Pty Ltd (ABN 91 164 576 854) of Level 2, 456 High Street, Echuca VIC 3564, Australia (“Archies”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Competition Period
The Competition begins at 12:00AM AEST on 28/04/2026 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 02/05/2026 (“Competition Period”). All dates and times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Entries must be received during the Competition Period.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrant”).

3.2. The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

3.3. Employees and contractors of Archies Footwear Pty Ltd and MoveActive, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3.4. Entrants must hold a valid public Instagram account to enter. Private accounts may prevent the Sponsor from verifying entries.

3.5. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their country of residence. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where participation would be unlawful.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
4.1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

4.2. To enter via Instagram during the Competition Period, an Eligible Entrant must:
 a) Follow @archiesfootwear and @moveactive on Instagram;
 b) Tag a Pilates partner in the comments of the official competition post (Each winner may nominate one  (1) friend to receive the same prize pack.)

c) Comment one thing you love about your Pilates routine; enter again each day for another chance to win.

4.3. The competition will refresh everyday between 27.04.26-02.05.26 (Competition refreshes at 8-10am AEST / 5-7pm ET timing.  Entrants may submit one valid entry per day by correctly commenting on the thing they love most about their pilates routine. 

4.4. Entries must be original and submitted manually. Automated, duplicate, or bulk entries may be disqualified.

4.5. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms or Instagram’s terms of use.


5. Judging & Winner Determination – A Game of Skill 

5.1. This Competition is a game of skill. Winners will be selected based on their creative responses from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

5.2. Five (5) winners will be selected, with one (1) winner selected per day during the Competition Period.

5.3. Each selection will take place on or about the following business day after each daily entry period.

5.4. The Sponsor’s decision is final and binding, subject to any applicable laws.

6. Prize Details
6.1. There are five (5) prize packs to be won. Each winner will receive:

  • One (1) pair of Archies Slides;

  • One (1) pair of Archies jandals (crystal collection included.)

  • Three (3) pairs of Move Active Grip socks.

6.2. The tagged friend of each winner will also receive the same prize pack of the same value, with the difference being colour and size selection of the Archies Footwear products.

6.3. Total number of prize recipients: ten (10).

6.4. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): AUD $1,500 or $150 per winner (2 x bundles)

6.6. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form by credit, unless required by law. If the advertised Prize (or a part of it) becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable nature and equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws and regulatory approval (if required). The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuers (including, but not limited to, blackout dates, booking requirements and/or expiry dates).


6.7. Currency: The Prize is denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). For winners outside Australia, the value in local currency will vary based on exchange rates at the time the Prize is issued. 

6.8. The Grip Socks Prize from MoveActive will be delivered electronically (for example, via email) to the verified winner’s nominated email address within 30 days of winner verification, unless a longer period is reasonably required due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control. The Footwear Prize from Archies will be delivered electronically (for example, via email) to the verified winner’s nominated email address within 30 days of winner verification, unless a longer period is reasonably required due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control. 

6.9 The Sponsor is not responsible for any costs, fees, taxes, or charges incurred by the winner in redeeming or using the Prize, including but not limited to travel to or from any hotel, accommodation upgrades, or add-on services.

7. Winner Notification & Verification
7.1. The provisional winner will be notified within 2 business days via direct message from the official @archiesfootwear account on the platform used to enter.

7.2. To claim the Prize, the provisional winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours of the Sponsor sending the notification and may be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity, age and residency.

7.3 If a winner does not respond within the required time, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, we may award the prize to a new selected entry.

7.4 By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as a winner, their personal information (including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, and delivery address) may be shared with MoveActive for the purpose of prize verification and fulfillment. MoveActive will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy and will use such information solely for administering the prize.

8. Publicity & Content Licence
8.1 By entering, you grant Archies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, publish and communicate your entry content (including your handle and comment) for marketing and promotional purposes relating to this competition and the Archies brand.
 8.2 You warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Archies will collect and use your personal information only for the purpose of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.


 9.2 For more information on how we handle personal information and your rights under applicable privacy laws (including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA and Australian Privacy Act), please refer to the Privacy Policy relevant to your region:

9.3 Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, Archies is the data controller and processes personal data on the legal bases of performing these Terms and our legitimate interests in administering and promoting the competition.



10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and its related entities, directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any:

 (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries;
 (b) any error, omission, interruption or delay in operation or transmission;
 (c) communications line failures or network, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind;
 (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Competition; or
 (e) technical or printing errors in any materials associated with the Competition.

10.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability of the Sponsor that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including but not limited to liability for:

 (a) death or personal injury caused by the Sponsor’s negligence;
 (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
 (c) gross negligence or wilful misconduct; or
 (d) any non-excludable statutory consumer guarantees or rights (for example, under the Australian Consumer Law or similar consumer protection laws in the EU, UK, US, New Zealand and Canada).

11. Platform Release & Compliance

11.1. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. You are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to these platforms.

11.2. By participating, you fully release Instagram, TikTok and their parent companies and affiliates from any liability arising out of or in connection with this Competition, to the extent permitted by law.

11.3. You must comply with all applicable platform terms of service, community guidelines and rules when participating.

12. General
12.1. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law and any necessary regulatory approvals, to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control materially impairs the integrity, fairness or proper functioning of the Competition. Where this occurs, the Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to notify entrants and may select a winner from eligible entries received up to the date of suspension, where fair and lawful to do so.

12.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or other non-waivable rights that apply in your country, state or province of residence. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and such mandatory local laws, the local laws will prevail for residents of that jurisdiction.

12.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
