All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. All orders placed before 10:30am NZST will be shipped same day**

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

I love my Archies

My Archie’s are so comfortable, I could wear them all day. This is my second pair and I’ve bought them as gifts as well. I will certainly buy more in the future, there are so many fun colors.
