Christmas Delivery Times

Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed at the start of the week. Our warehouse is in Auckland and follows all Auckland Public Holidays. 

Please note: During peak periods (major promotions, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays) dispatch times are subject to change and may be longer.  

Shipping: 

• $6 or free on orders over $70. 
• Delivery typically takes just 1 – 3 business days after dispatch. 

Our premium partnership with New Zealand Post ensures speedy delivery. However, please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location, and during peak seasons, our couriers may experience delays.  

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
