Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

The colour, the fit, what’s not to love ❤️❤️

I wear these everyday after the initial wearing in phase. It did take some time to get use to as was experiencing arch pain at the beginning. Now I have zero pain and wear them around shopping centres, evening walks and supermarket shopping, times where I walk a lot and are on my feet a lot. They are extremely coming e now. I have a pink pair too, but haven’t worn them yet as I am loving the red vibe.

Awesome

Bought these for my husband and at first he was very unsure. He found that it was like walking on a ball. After a few wears he said they were great. They do require a wearing in phase.
