I have made a mistake in my order and need to change this, is this possible?
- Yes, but it depends on when you order and when you contact us!
- Orders are picked at 10:30am AEST each day. If your order is received after 10:30am, then it will be picked at 10:30am the following day.
- HOWEVER, even though orders are picked from 10:30am onwards, our warehouse has a 9:30am AEST cut off period for accepting order changes. That is, order changes need to be received before 9:30am if you wish to make a change.
- If your order change is received at 9:30am, the system that accepts order changes will be automatically switched off and we will be unable to make the change, sorry!
- If the order change is received at 9:29am, then we will be able to make the change for you.
The implications of this are:
If you place your order between 9:30am – 10:30am AEST – This is the ‘dead zone’ and if your order is made during this time period, we are unfortunately unable to change your order.
If you place your order between 10:30am- 9:29am AEST (the following day) – As long as your order change is received before 9:30am, we can make the change.

Examples of when you can and cannot do an order change:
- You ordered at 11:00am AEST– This will mean that your order will be fulfilled at 10:30am the following day and that you have until 9:29am the following day to change the order.
- If you order at 4pm AEST – This will mean that your order will be fulfilled at 10:30am the following day and you have until 9:29am the following day to change the order.
- If you order at 1am AEST – This will mean that your order will be fulfilled at 10:30am that same day, you have until 9:29am that same day to change the order.
- If you order at 8 am AEST – This will mean that your order will be fulfilled at 10:30am that same day, you have until 9:29am that same day to change the order.
- If you order at 9:45am AEST– You have ordered in the ‘dead zone’. Your order will be fulfilled that day but the system that accepts order changes will already be switched off, as such, we will be unable to make the change.

What about if I miss the order change deadline and my order is already sent?
- If you miss the order change deadline and your order has already been sent or you have ordered during the ‘dead zone’, you have two options.
- Please note; while we offer 100% FREE exchanges for swapping the size, colour, etc. For refund request, the customer is required to pay for the return postage.
- If you do not want to pay for the return postage, then instead of sending the incorrect pair (s) back for a refund, when the jandals arrive, you could instead consider sending the jandals back for an exchange and swap them for free for another size, colour etc.
