When ordering a pair of Archies Jandals, Slides, Slippers or Insoles, we recommend you choose your normal running shoe size.

If you’re a half size (or planning to wear these with thick socks), we recommend sizing up. E.g. If you are normally a size 7.5 we recommend ordering a size 8.

The upper band may feel a bit snug at first wear - this is intentional! After a few wears, the plush wool and soft-top foam layer will slightly compress and mould to your unique foot shape for a cosy, comfortable and secure fit.

With a little care, your Arch Support Wool Slippers will keep your feet cosy and comfortable for seasons to come.

• Gently brush away surface dirt with a soft brush

• Use with a wool-safe fabric refresher between wears

• Clean the outsole with a soft brush as needed

• Mix a small amount of mild wool detergent in cool water

• Gently dab the affected area with a soft cloth – avoid scrubbing or rubbing at the area

•Press with a dry towel to absorb excess moisture, then air dry away from direct heat

• If the affected area looks a little flat after drying, gently fluff it with a soft brush

• When needed, hand wash in cold water with a wool-safe detergent

• Gently press dry with a towel (never wring or twist)

• Allow the slippers to dry naturally in a shaded spot. Never tumble dry or place near heaters

To ensure your item qualifies for return, please note:

The Wool Slippers must only be tried on indoors for the purpose of checking size and fit – on a clean surface, without any visible wear or compression to the wool footbed. We cannot accept returns on used or worn slippers.

All original tags must be attached. This includes:

• The material composition tag located on the underside of the band.

• The swing tag booklet and NZ Wool break tag attached to the band

• The slippers must be returned in their original box.
