All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. All orders placed before 10:30am AEST will be shipped same day**

Have 60 days to wear them around and, if you don’t love them, simply return them and we’ll give you a product refund less the return postage cost.

We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.
