Refunds - Flat Rate Postage Charges

Flat Rate Charges for Refunds:

 

 

 

Whilst exchanges (swapping one pair for another pair) are free of any postage charges, for refunds request, we charge a flat rate for return postage.

The cost has set amounts depending on the number of pairs that you are returning.

We simply charge standard Australia Post rates and the cost is based on how many jandals fit in a bag.

In this case, if seeking a refund, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the jandals (including any original postage charges) - Flat rate postage fee = Total Refund Amount.

Amount you will be refunded = Full amount that you paid for the jandals (including any initial postage charges paid) - Archies flat rate postage charges = TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT

1-2 pairs

$8.25

E.g - You initially bought 1 pair and wish to return 1 pair. $39.99 (Amount you paid for order) - $8.25 (return postage) = $31.74 (total refund amount).

3- 5 pairs

$13.50

E.g - You initially bought 3 pairs and wish to return 3 pairs. $105 (Amount you paid for order) - $13.50 (return postage) = $91.50 (total refund amount).

5-8 pairs or more

$17.50

E.g - You initially bought 5 pairs and wish to return 5 pairs. $175.00 (Amount you paid for order) - $17.50 (return postage) = $157.50 (total refund amount).

9+ pairs

Contacts us for a quote based on number of pairs.

 E.g - You initially bought 10 pairs and wish to return 5 pairs. Total refund amount = $350 (Amount you paid for order) - $25.00 (quoted return postage cost) = $325. (total refund amount).
