All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. All orders placed before 10:30am AEST will be shipped same day**

Have 60 days to wear them around and, if you don’t love them, simply return them and we’ll give you a product refund less the return postage cost.

We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

1-2 pairs = $8.25

3-4 pairs = $13.50

5+ pairs = $17.50

Love these

I found these shoes online trying to find an arch support and cute shoe that wasn’t super wide and bulky looking. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I like them and the comfort of them. I like the tan and the black flip flops with the sparkle on the top. They have been very supportive to my arches and stylish at the same time unlike some of the other ones I have tried that looked like boats on my feet. I would recommend getting regular size unless you can like your shoes to fit big. I also have the slides in both tan and black and they are wonderful also.
